The Litigation department is accredited with several success stories of representing Indian and foreign clients before Courts all over India.  The department has handled matters pertaining to Trademark Infringement and Passing Off Suits, Patent Infringement suits, Copyright infringement shuits, Design Infringement Suits, Anti- Counterfeiting enforcement actions, IP investigations, Cancellation Petitions before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and filing Appeals and Writ Petitions before High Courts all over India. The department has also been actively involved in overseas litigation and appeals with matters represented before the European Court of Justice.
